Overview

At Discount Master, products are sourced from trusted international suppliers and shipped directly to your Australian address. This allows us to offer unbeatable prices, but please note delivery times are longer than local retailers. Please read below so you know what to expect before ordering.


 

Delivery Timeframes

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. We recommend waiting up to 45 business days before reporting a missing parcel.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 – 7 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once dispatched.

Note: Processing may take longer during Chinese New Year (January/February) and major sales events like 11.11 and 12.12.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on selected products as marked
  • Standard and express shipping fees are displayed at checkout
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once dispatched

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.


 

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 45 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the supplier.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your address before ordering. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately before dispatch.


We Ship Australia-Wide

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia. We recommend using a physical street address rather than a PO Box where possible.
