1. Vouchers & Deals — No Refunds
All vouchers and deals claimed or purchased through Discount Master are non-refundable. Once a voucher is claimed or purchased, no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued under any circumstances.
Please ensure you read the full deal description, terms, conditions, and expiry date carefully before claiming or purchasing a voucher. It is your responsibility to use the voucher within its validity period.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use before expiry
- Inability to attend the business
- Dissatisfaction with the experience at the partner business
2. Products — Refund Eligible
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a suitable refund, replacement or return in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return is approved.
