Refund Policy

1. Vouchers & Deals — No Refunds

All vouchers and deals claimed or purchased through Discount Master are non-refundable. Once a voucher is claimed or purchased, no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued under any circumstances.

Please ensure you read the full deal description, terms, conditions, and expiry date carefully before claiming or purchasing a voucher. It is your responsibility to use the voucher within its validity period.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to use before expiry
  • Inability to attend the business
  • Dissatisfaction with the experience at the partner business

2. Products — Refund Eligible

Products purchased through Discount Master are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within  7 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided at the time of the refund request

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
  • Change of mind after the product has been opened

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the nature of the fault. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a faulty item.
