5. Vouchers and Deals — Customer Terms
5.1 Claiming Vouchers Vouchers are available to registered users on a first-come, first-served basis. By claiming a voucher, you agree to use it in accordance with the deal's specific terms and conditions, including validity dates, guest limits, and applicable restrictions.
5.2 Redeeming Vouchers Vouchers must be redeemed at the participating business by presenting your unique promo code. Redemption is subject to availability and the business's conditions at the time of your visit.
5.3 Voucher Validity Each voucher has an expiry date clearly displayed on the deal page. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed and we are not obligated to extend or replace them unless the expiry was due to our error.
5.4 One Voucher Per Visit Unless stated otherwise, only one voucher may be used per visit, per table, or per transaction. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
5.5 Non-Transferable Vouchers are linked to the account that claimed them and are non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or transferring vouchers to another person is not permitted and may result in the voucher being voided.
5.6 No Cash Value Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
5.7 Fraudulent Use Any attempt to fraudulently claim, duplicate, or misuse vouchers will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Refunds and Cancellations — Customer Terms
6.1 Free Vouchers If a voucher was claimed for free and has not been redeemed, it may simply be allowed to expire. No refund is applicable as no payment was made.
6.2 Purchased Deals If you have paid for a deal or voucher and wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund if the request is made before redemption and within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to [your@email.com] with your order details.
6.3 Business Closures or Refusals If a participating business refuses your voucher without valid reason, or has closed down, contact us immediately. We will investigate and where possible provide a replacement voucher or refund at our discretion.
6.4 Quality Disputes Discount Master facilitates the connection between customers and businesses. We are not responsible for the quality of food, products, or services provided by partner businesses. Quality complaints should be directed to the business in the first instance. However, if you feel significantly misled, contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.
7. Partner Business Terms
7.1 Performance-Based Model Businesses listed on Discount Master agree to our performance-based commission model. You will be charged a 15% commission fee for each voucher redeemed by a customer at your premises. You will not be charged for vouchers that are claimed but not redeemed.
7.2 Accurate Listing Information Partner businesses are responsible for ensuring all information on their listing is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. This includes business hours, menu items, deal inclusions, and any exclusions or restrictions.
7.3 Honouring Vouchers By listing on Discount Master, you agree to honour all valid vouchers presented by customers during the deal's active period. Refusing valid vouchers without legitimate cause is a breach of these Terms and may result in removal from the platform.
7.4 No Lock-In Contracts There are no fixed-term contracts. Either party may terminate the business relationship with reasonable notice. Existing vouchers already claimed by customers must still be honoured for their validity period after termination.
7.5 Marketing Consent By listing on Discount Master, you grant us permission to promote your business through our marketing channels including social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and our website. You may request removal of specific content by contacting us.
7.6 Accurate Redemption Reporting Partner businesses agree to accurately report and acknowledge all voucher redemptions tracked through our promo code system. Deliberately misreporting redemptions to avoid commission payments is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
8. Product Reviews
8.1 Independent Opinions All product reviews published on Discount Master represent our honest, independent assessment. Reviews are based on real-world testing and use.
8.2 Affiliate Links Some reviews may contain affiliate links. If you purchase a product through an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our reviews or recommendations.
8.3 Gifted Products Where a product has been provided to us free of charge for review purposes, this will be clearly disclosed in the content. Receiving a product for free does not guarantee a positive review.
8.4 Accuracy We make every effort to ensure product information, specifications, and pricing are accurate at the time of publishing. However, product details can change and we recommend verifying information directly with the retailer before purchasing.
9. Intellectual Property
